  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Teams PowerPack website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.

  1. Services Provided

Teams PowerPack offers SaaS tools that enhance Microsoft Teams Voice functionality, including call analytics, reporting, and customer experience management utilities. These services are designed to integrate securely within your Microsoft 365 environment. 

  1. User Obligations

    • Users agree to use Teams PowerPack services for lawful purposes only and comply with all relevant regulations relating to telecommunications and data privacy. 
    • Users must maintain confidentiality of account credentials and are responsible for all activities conducted under their account. 
    • Users are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents for data collection, processing, and analysis performed by Teams PowerPack. 

  1. Subscription and Access

    • Access to Teams PowerPack services is provided via subscription or license agreements, which can include trial, or paid tiers. 
    • Team Venti reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment, violations of these Terms, or misuse of services. 

  1. Time of Cancellation / Refund Terms

    After the first 30 days of termAfter 30 days, cancellation is no longer available. If client wishes to terminate this agreement, they will be billed for 25% of the remaining term, even if the subscription is no longer used (applicable to any billing plan).

 

  1. Promotions

    • Team Venti may, from time to time, offer promotions related to Teams PowerPack. Promotions are subject to specific terms, eligibility requirements, and time limits, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. 
    • 2 Teams PowerPack – CDR is included at no additional cost with BlueSky UC Direct Routing services for the duration of an active subscription.
    • 330-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with Teams PowerPack, you may request a refund within 30 days of your subscription start date. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of subscription. After 30 days, no refunds will be granted. 
    • 4Teams PowerPack – CX: Implementation Fee Waived for Team Venti Professional Services Customers
Existing Team Venti clients are eligible for a waived implementation fee for Teams PowerPack – CX. By participating in this promotion, clients agree to the following terms:
        • The Offering: This promotion covers the base service setup fee (standard value of $475.00).
        • Eligibility: This offer is exclusive to existing Team Venti customers as a thank you for your continued partnership.
        • Monthly Subscriptions: Please note that this promotion covers implementation services only. Customers remain responsible for any ongoing monthly user subscriptions.
        • Non-Transferable: This offer has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for credits on other services, and is non-transferable.

  1. Data Handling and Privacy

    • Teams PowerPack processes call and voice data within secure Microsoft Azure environments, adhering to industry best practices for data protection. 
    • Use of the service is governed by Team Venti’s Privacy Policy and Data Protection and Privacy statements, which can be found at: 
    • Users are encouraged to review these documents to understand how their data is collected, used, stored, and protected.

  1. Intellectual Property

    • All software, content, trademarks, and materials provided by Teams PowerPack are owned by Team Venti or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 
    • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to their subscription. 

  1. Warranty Disclaimer

    • Teams PowerPack and its services are provided “as is” without warranties except as explicitly stated in separate agreements. 
    • Team Venti disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 

  1. Limitation of Liability

    • Team Venti is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from service use or inability to use the service. 
    • Total liability under these Terms is limited to fees paid by the user for the service in the preceding 12 months. 

  1. Service Changes and Updates

    • Team Venti may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Teams PowerPack service with prior notice when feasible. 
    • Maintenance and updates may occur that temporarily limit or pause service availability. 

  1. Third-Party Integrations

    • Teams PowerPack integrates with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 services. Use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which Team Venti does not control. 

  1. Governing Law

    • These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Team Venti’s jurisdiction.
